Innovatek have introduced a water cooling Heat Load Calculator. This will show the total heat rejected by your system at three levels; Idle, Typical (Typisch) and Full Load (Last). The page is in German but it is intuitive. The 'StandardModus' is for standard systems and the 'ExpertenModus' is for overclockers. Use the Typical load for your calculations.
Lower down the page are the performances of the various radiators with different fans at differing voltages. Match your Load to the radiator(s) of your choice.
It must be stressed that this is a HEAT load calculator that will relate specifically only to the components that you intend to, or already, have water cooled. It is not a POWER calculator for your whole system.
